Our on-site aggregate production capability delivers measurable project economics advantages on remote mine sites where imported aggregate costs are prohibitive. From run-of-mine crushing for haul road base and pavement layers through to precision-screened drainage media for engineered containment structures, TSF liner drainage blankets, and concrete aggregate, our plant operators deliver consistent, specification-compliant material at competitive production rates. Regular sieve analysis, particle shape testing, and material quality checks are conducted in accordance with project quality management plan requirements and relevant Australian Standards, including AS 1141 Methods for Sampling and Testing Aggregates.

All crushing and screening operations are conducted under Core Civil Mining's integrated HSEQ management system. Dust suppression systems, noise management controls, and site environmental monitoring are maintained throughout each campaign in compliance with WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) requirements, project-specific environmental management plans, and the conditions of relevant works approvals.
