Beyond road maintenance, Core Civil Mining's civil asset maintenance capability encompasses culvert cleaning, inspection, and replacement; bund and embankment condition assessment and repair; sedimentation pond desludging and rehabilitation; concrete repair and spall patching; and structural drainage maintenance. We maintain comprehensive asset condition registers and produce detailed maintenance reports aligned with our clients' asset management frameworks, supporting ongoing compliance reporting and regulatory obligations under WA mining legislation and the relevant Australian Standards. Our work is always coordinated through the site's operational planning processes to ensure zero impact on production schedules.

All mine site maintenance activities are delivered under Core Civil Mining's integrated HSEQ management system, with site-specific inductions, safe work method statements (SWMS), and isolation and tagging procedures managed by our on-site supervision team. We understand the demands of live mine environments — traffic management, proximity to operating equipment, and the need to work around production priorities — and we plan and execute every maintenance task accordingly.
